Im looking for someone interested in taking over our lease, we will cover the application fee and down payment so its ready to just move in by the end of this month. The lease ends around May/June 2027. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment laundry and dryer are included in the unit. It’s $1850 monthly that includes utilities and everything else, it has a pool, spa, and gym that you can use, also pet friendly. There will be a $500 deposit that we will leave and that will go to any damages in the apartment.
