We’ve kept her this long because we had our chicken-expert neighbor look at her right when we got home and she found mites at the time. She helped us treat her with the fancy mite treatment and it’s been weeks now since we’ve seen any on her.

You’re welcome to come check her out and examine her yourself. My brother was happy to take her in Kanosh, but then the fire has been going on and so we haven’t been there to visit. Her name is Semuht. Suitable for home coop or backyard flock.
