GooglePayMassive top-grain leather sectional made right here in Salt Lake City by USA Premium Leather. This isn’t a big-box couch — 100% aniline-dyed top-grain hides, kiln-dried hardwood frame, true 8-way hand-tied springs. Original retail was several thousand.

- 11’6” along the back wall\
- 7’4” on the left return\
- 5’9” chaise/return on the right, 32.5” wide\
- 44” overall depth, 27” back height, 18.5” seat height\
- Seats 8-9 comfortably
Deep seats and a low profile — this is a lay-down-and-nap couch, not a formal one. Great for a large family room or finished basement.
CONDITION — HONEST RUNDOWN
- Leather has a broken-in patina with visible creasing and some lightening on the seat cushions. Real leather ages, and this shows it.\
- One back panel frame is cracked. Still fully functional and you can sit against it normally, but it flexes more than the others.\
- Behind that same panel, the black decking fabric has torn (last photo). This is NOT the leather — it’s the liner fabric that sits behind the back cushion, and it’s completely hidden when the cushion is in place. Related to the frame flex. Easy sew-up for anyone who wants it gone; we’ve just left it.\
- No rips, tears, or holes in the leather. No pet damage. Non-smoking home.
Comes apart into sections for moving. You’ll want a truck and two strong people.
