Condition

Auction/liquidation item that was listed as new.

It appears unused and complete. I inspected it and do not see any obvious bends, cracks or broken components.

There are cosmetic scratches/paint rubs on the tube from packaging/storage, which are shown in the pictures. The original shipping box also has wear.

I have not installed or road-tested it, so it is being sold based on its visual condition and listed application.
