HISTORY
This came with the house. The previous owner bought it new in 2021 (approx. $30,000) and installed it into the deck on the side of the house. He maintained it himself; since we moved in we've had Arctic Spas Utah service it, so there are professional service records. We've used it this summer, but we're renovating and don't need it.
CONDITION
Runs and heats fine, and we've been using it. The jets have started to show surface rust. Cosmetic so far, noted by the tech in June. Visible in the photos.
REMOVAL
Buyer takes full responsibility for removal and transport. Be realistic about this: it's 14 feet long, roughly 1,900 lbs empty, and set into a deck in a side yard. Expect to disassemble deck boards and bring equipment. There are companies in the valley that do exactly this. Happy to let you or your mover walk the access before you commit.
