ApplePayMy roomate moved out and I have a room for rent in my basement. It is a very large bedroom- suitable for a couple. It is fire code compliant- has a window well with wall steps to escape. We have never had to use them. We are located in Pleasant View- 1 block from Weber High. We currently live on top portion of house which includes me and my husband, 2 teenagers and 2 younger kids. There is a door separating the two sections of the house so you will have privacy. Price includes utilities- you wont pay separate for these charges (includes internet). You are able to move in whenever. We can negotiate price with lease agreement (month to month or 6 month, or 1 year lease). Pets negotiable and welcome with security deposit and extra on rent. We have no pets. Price is $1200 a month. Private listing. This is partial furnished or bring your own- dining table, small love seat, desk, dresser included if youwant it. This place is ideal for college students. About 10 minutes from downtown Ogden, and 20 minutes from Crystal hot springs. We have a second bedroom that is negotiable if 2 people want to move in together. We are easy going family and always busy so not home a whole lot. We have security system for protection, but the neighborhood is quiet and easy going. Room is 9 feet by 25 feet. Considered the master suite downstairs- no bathroom attached. There are 3 other bedrooms downstairs- 1 is a gym, offcie or game room, and spare bedroom for guests. These rooms will be off limits. Dresser is included if you want it.
