I am relocating out of state and need someone to take my apartment at Parkway Lofts, 1225 W 1000 S, Orem. Two ways to do this, whichever suits you:

Option 1, take over my lease. 2 bed / 2 bath, about 1,015 sq ft. $1,609/month plus about $220/month in fees (internet, parking, pest control, master insurance). Gas and electric are separate and in your name (Enbridge Gas and Rocky Mountain Power); my gas runs around $17 in summer. Available on or about October 16, 2026 and runs only through January 28, 2027, then you can renew directly with the property. Ideal if you need winter semester or a few months without signing a year. Garage available for $150/month. $400 transfer fee.

Option 2, sign a new 12-month lease at the current market rate. The property is advertising 2-bedrooms below my rate with move-in specials. If a year lease works better for you, apply directly with the office and put me down as your referral. You get the better rate, and it still helps me out.

Either way you apply with the Parkway Lofts office and need to meet their income, credit, and background requirements. Pet policy is set by the office, so check with them. Message me for photos or questions. Minutes from UVU.
