I started this business last year in June. I am so busy doing other businesses and other things that I just do not have the time right now to run it. It has about 50 property managers that are familiar with this business and the carpet cleaning.
This business comes with the Logo, License, business EIN. All of the things needed to get you going. I can even get you connected with the insurance.
Also, the Van for the business comes with the business. It is a 2013 Ford Transit Connect. Just put new Brakes on it last week actually. Has the Logo on the side and looks all good. Van runs fine. It is not the best looking van but does the Job just fine.
It also has the Rotovac Powe Carpet Clean system. All of the hoses. The Power wand, which is a 900 dollar add on.
I am also some what interested in someone coming and using the van and doing the cleans and making a split.
