Somewhere out there are the foster homes—or forever families—these FOUR little dinosaurs have been waiting for! 🥹

Meet Spike, Chomper, Little Foot & Petrie — four adorable 2-month-old black Pit/Lab mixes who made the journey from a New Mexico high-kill shelter.

These babies were at risk of being euthanized simply because the shelter was overcrowded. Tail Wags couldn’t let their stories end there.

Now they’re SAFE…but we need FOSTERS OR ADOPTERS! ️

They can be split into pairs for fostering! You do NOT have to take all four!

🦕 SPIKE — The Lover Boy

This little dude is all about the cuddles! Spike loves being held and snuggled. He’s a chill little guy who is perfectly happy exploring on his own or playing with his sisters. If you want a puppy who will melt into your arms, Spike may be your boy. 🥹

🦖 CHOMPER — The Wild Child

Chomper came ready to PLAY! She loves tug-of-war, chewing on her Kong toys and roughhousing with her siblings. She’s happiest when she has a buddy nearby and would love a home where she can play her little heart out!

LITTLE FOOT — The Adventure Girl

Where are we going?! Little Foot doesn’t care—as long as she gets to come! 🥹 She’ll happily follow you anywhere and is ready for whatever adventure comes next. She loves toys, roughhousing and being right beside her people.

🪽 PETRIE — The Little Observer

Our laid-back girl likes to find a cozy spot underneath something and quietly watch the world go by. She’s not a huge fan when her siblings get too rowdy and is perfectly content entertaining herself. But give her an available lap and she’ll happily climb in for cuddles. 🥰

Four completely different little personalities.

Four little lives that almost didn’t get this chance.

And four babies who now need somewhere safe to land.
