64 sq ft per bag = 320 sq ft total (40 batts)
Sized for 24" on-center framing
Unfaced, so no vapor barrier. Good for attic floors over existing insulation, cathedral ceilings, or sound-damping interior walls.
Retail runs about $105-115 per bag new, so this works out to roughly $0.55/sq ft versus about $1.70/sq ft at the store.
Kept under roof and dry the whole time, never exposed to weather. Bags are intact and unopened. Just a bit dusty and slight wear on a couple of the bags.
$175 for all five. Will sell individual bags at $50 each.
