Used excellent condition Sharp / Kao Fong KF-V0-A2F. This is a vintage professional grade machine from 1982 that was rarely used and collected dust and an electronic workshop back room for 40 years until I purchased it. All of the bearing surfaces are in excellent condition (see photos - note hand scraping/flaking on bed ways). All axis movement are very smooth and tight. Operation and service manual included.
Compatible to a Precision Matthew’s PM-30 mill - $3000 + $250 Shipping + Tax -> $3466 landed. My machine additionally will provide better results that the PM machine due to the full cast iron base’s rigidity.
I am selling because I own another milling machine and would like to make space in the shop. I hate to let it go but want to get it to someone who will use and love it.
This is a perfect starter milling machine especially for the space constrained. Cuts steel, aluminum, and all other materials. Blacksmith / knife maker / repair / woodworking. It is easily moved with a pallet jack and could also be set onto a frame with rolling feet.
This package includes a VFD to convert the spindle to 120VAC 15A. It is a very straightforward installation (4 wires) that is well documented on YouTube. This will enable variable spindle speed control without moving belts in the headstock.
