Butters is a great looking Palomino gelding without paperwork. He is approximately 15 years old, but that is not verifiable. He’s vaccinated and I have every reason to believe that he would get a clean bill of health from a veterinarian . He stands at about 14.2 hands. He has no problem with the ferrior, and is currently shoed.
Butters can be a little hard to catch if left alone for a long period of time, but if he’s consistently approached, he settles in and is actually easy to catch. Once he has a halter on, he’s good to go.
He is definitely a trail horse. He’s not a fast walker, but he consistently moves forward and will catch up where necessary. He does not neck rein. Personally, I would not put a beginner on him. However, he’s great on trail rides with intermediate riders.
