800 Block Lease Takeover – Private Room

Looking for someone to take over my lease at 800 Block! It's a private bedroom with a shared bathroom, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and super close to USU.

I'm just looking to move on campus to be a little closer to my classes, so there's nothing wrong with the unit or apartment. Roommates are extremely chill (all boys apartment)

Move-in is flexible and can be as early as September.

I'm willing to work with you on the price to make it cheaper than signing a new lease directly through 800 Block.
