The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, the mountain is just across the street, the views are amazing, and we don’t have the wind that is prevalent around the Point. From the back yard you can see Utah Lake and the valley. The Murdock trail is just 100 feet down the road, and a golf course is within easy walking distance.
The bedroom is carpeted and roomy. It has an extra deep spacious closet. It has a really nice private bathroom. The bedroom door has a keyed lock. A dresser and bed can be provided.
The common living area has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, TV viewing room, workout equipment, and rec room. The common rooms are beautifully tiled and there is a sitting room where you can entertain friends or just sit and watch TV. The rec room has a pool table and shuffleboard table. The kitchen has full-sized appliances, 2 refrigerators, and everything you need, including free use of the washer and dryer. You will share the home with 2 other adults who each have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The current residents are both quiet gentleman. There is also a great home gym including Olympic weights. The room can be furnished with a queen bed and a dresser if needed. Parking is on the street. The homeowners live upstairs and are an empty-nester couple. We are friendly, quiet, and easy-going as long as you respect the home and the occupants. We are looking for a chill, no drama, clean, respectful person.
