Beans are finally growing and it's gonna freeze, Not! . Wish I could put a bubble over our kitchen garden. Nettle, Tarragon, lemon balm, fennel, peppermint, spearmint, wormwood, chives, Taro leaves,( my Polynesian friends and I are going to make Palusami with coconut milk with meal Sat. I found out we are growing the Samoan Variety pink root, while Tonga and Australia grow the white big root ,) Oregano, Valerian, Marjorie, Thai basil, St Johns Wort, Mother Wort, Fever few ( gonna stay in the ground), cat mint and catnip, horse radish leaves, hounds tongue, yarrow, thyme, Comfrey, Wild Rosehips & big potted rosemary went into greenhouse. Now preparing beds for Winter with compost we made and straw.
