Yea nothing froze this Spring except fruit and nuts, as few cherries and berries, so come Through Sat 1 to 7pm Wed Thurs Friday and Saturday to harvest, taste and process Gojis, Buffalo Berries, Herbs, White Peaches, Grapes of all kinds, Pears and apples more nutrient dense then just organic and so much more flavorful. Beans are finally growing and it's gonna freeze, Not! . Wish I could put a bubble over our kitchen garden. Nettle, Tarragon, lemon balm, fennel, peppermint, spearmint, wormwood, chives, Taro leaves,( my Polynesian friends and I are going to make Palusami with coconut milk with meal Sat. I found out we are growing the Samoan Variety pink root, while Tonga and Australia grow the white big root ,) Oregano, Valerian, Marjorie, Thai basil, St Johns Wort, Mother Wort, Fever few ( gonna stay in the ground), cat mint and catnip, horse radish leaves, hounds tongue, yarrow, thyme, Comfrey, Wild Rosehips & big potted rosemary went into greenhouse. Now preparing beds for Winter with compost we made and straw.
