Location is King Henry Apartments- $660 Per month + Utilities

This is a private room, in a 6 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Looking for a guy to take over the lease through spring and summer semester. Apartment is furnished as well as it has its own washer and dryer in the apartment. You have access to a clubhouse with a gym, pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, basketball court, volleyball court, and a bunch of other stuff.

Really close to campus plus there is a bus that stops right in front of our apartment everyday to take you to campus. Super fun place to live, with some awesome guys. Message me if you have any questions or if your interest.

I also would be willing to pay all the fees for transferring the lease as well as your registration fees.
