February paid for! Hey guys I have a female private room with a shared bath for $484 a month plus utilities. Two female roommates in their 20s that are super sweet and clean. One has a retired service dog, he is super friendly and won’t bother you. Tons of free parking and there is a covered spot shared with the other two girls. Apartment comes with a pool and hot tub, a gym, pickleball and basketball courts and pet wash. I have loved this place but I need to move out since getting a new job. Need to move out ASAP!
