I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom in our fully furnished home starting March 1st. Rent is $920 per month, and utilities are split between roommates (usually around $45–$60).
You’d be living with two girls in their early 20s who are clean, respectful, and work a lot, so the house is usually pretty calm during the week. We’re friendly and social down for a movie/binge watch tv night, cooking/baking, crafts, hanging out, but everyone also respects personal space and alone time. It’s a really comfortable, easygoing environment.
The house has in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi already set up, a large TV in the living room, and even a hot tub. The bedroom has a large closet, and the bathroom is shared (it’s never been an issue). There’s street parking available and one super friendly dog in the home.
I’m relocating for work and hoping to fill the room soon. I have absolutely loved living here!! Great roommates, amazing landlord, and the location is amazing! I am more than happy to schedule a tour as well. I also attached the Zillow link below for more pictures of the home! :)
