-Fully furnished room including a dressed bed with new pillows and sheets, two closets, a 6-drawer chest, bookshelf, blinds and curtains.
-Shared bathroom with the other downstairs tenant
-Spacious common areas, 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, couches, big screen Smart TV, and internet.
-Kitchen with just about every appliance you'd need to cook with.
-Quiet and respectful living environment. Quiet hours start at 10:00pm for the comfort and consideration of everyone in the house. This doesn't mean you have to be sequestered to your room, just quiet enough that the house can go to sleep
TERMS:
$675/month includes all utilities and internet
$675 deposit is refudable with a 30-day notice and no damages
6-month lease, and then month-to-month or renewal.
The NO's:
No smoking in the house or on the property
No drug use or users
No overnight guests
