20 acres in the foothills of Murdock Mountain, northeastern Nevada. The property is off of state route 233 between I80 and Montello / Grouse Creek and can be accessed from either direction. The roads in the area are in good shape and well maintained as there are full time residents on the mountain, but none near my parcel. Just about any vehicle can access the property but I’d recommend a 4x4 especially during weather. I’ve towed several trailers there no problem, but also have gone there in my small SUV.

The property is not in the lower flat sage brush land. This is in the foothills and feels very secluded with a mix of juniper and sage throughout. All raw land besides a metal roof storage shed that’s roughly 16”x20” but needs some TLC. Lots of good metal roof sheets on the property. I used it to store tools, building material, and misc items my family uses for camping out there. The driveway is level and leads to the northeast corner of the property near the storage shed.

There are no permanent utilities on the land. Residents in the area typically use solar, wind, or generator power, and well water or water delivery from Montello to storage tanks.

Build a cabin, Pull your RV out there to camp on the property, or just take out the ATVs and explore all the nice trails.
