1/2 share of an 8 share houseboat in the slip at Bullfrog Marina

We have been partners with these great people for more than 10 years. My wife had and injury and we are getting older, so we are just asking for the money we put in to remodel everything.

You get 1 prime week per year, the annual dues are around $2500. This covers the slip fees, Star link internet, etc.

Prime weeks are from memorial day to labor day. Any open weeks after that you can use for $1000 a week.
