Play beach volleyball with your friends, lounge in the grass under the sun, or sit by the large fire pit and toast marshmallows in the cool summer evenings.
Location Information
This 4-story building is about as close to the University of Utah campus as you can get! A short walk across the block and you are there! There are also several bus routes servicing this street, including buses 9, 21, 213, and 455. It is also right down the street from the TRAX red line, so there is easy access to grocery stores and downtown Salt Lake City.

Roommate Description
Current roommates are two female college students. Each room is individually leased and includes a private bathroom. One roommate is looking to move out at the end of April, so another space in this apartment will be open at the same time.
Utilities
Each room is individually leased, so each tenant pays a $65 flat fee for all utilities. This is included in the monthly rent. Renters insurance is required and you can provide your own policy or pay $15 a month for the apartment's policy.

However, if you end up loving the place and the close location to the University of Utah campus, you can renew it for the following year beginning Aug 1st.
No pets, no smoking/alcohol, no overnight guests. I currently have an emotional support animal that lives with me, but the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before move out, so cat allergies shouldn't be an issue once you move in.
Great if you're looking for a place with "church standards," but the apartment is not super strict about other rules besides the three listed above. Parking lot is monitored and tows 24/7. Parking passes can be purchased and are an additional $75 a month
