The Roommates

1/2 professional males/females (30-40 y.o.) seeking an awesome roommate that is clean, friendly, responsible, and respectful. We are all very accepting people, we don't care what your age, gender, race, sex, religion, or political affiliation is. However, we think it would be best if our roommate is comfortable around drinking and smoking. Not a party house but we will have small get-togethers a few times a year. Close to I-215, I-80, the canyons (super close to Millcreek and Big Cottonwood), and 13 minute drive to the University. Professionals, students, and outdoor/active people are especially encouraged to apply, but everyone is welcome! We love cooking, listening to music, and all outdoor activities.

The Room

The room available is a decent sized downstairs room with a very nice size closet. Quietest room in the house and tucked away from all the action. There is ample space for a bed and a desk.

The Home

Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and is located in East Millcreek/Holladay area at the base of Mt. Olympus . The house is furnished, but the available room is not. Great views of Mt. Olympus from the property.

• Located in a very nice neighborhood
• 2-car garage - We use the garage for storage, projects, and our intense ping pong matches, so we don't park our cars in there.
• Attic storage (we have plenty of space to store things)
• Hardwood floors * Nice stone entranceway, nice carpets downstairs
• We use the driveway and street for parking and have never had an issue.

Lease Information

You must sign a lease agreement, complete a background check, provide proof of employment and references. 1 year lease is required.

Financial Information

• Rent is $875 per month
• Deposit is $711.25 and is FULLY REFUNDABLE
• Move-in date is May 1
• Utilities (including internet) are +- $85/month, on top of rent.

Quick Notes

• Our property manager is quick to respond to our requests when an issue arises but doesn't drop by unexpectedly .
• Just because you have something on your background doesn't automatically disqualify you. Talk to us, we're very reasonable and understanding people.
• We like to keep a clean house so we follow a chore chart to make things easier .
• We have a roommate agreement that covers basic rules for the house
