We have a single room available it is the bigger room. Full access to shared kitchen and living room. All Utilities plus Wifi hulu netflix and amazon prime are included. A bed is furnished. Couch living room tv with roku is furnished even dining room table. Washer and dryer included as well. Parking is available. Rent would be $700 a month. However no pets, no smoking in side, no loud noise, no drugs, and clean up after yourself are a must. No Background check. We do not discriminate against anyone. Another couple preferred but welcome to anyone who could be trustworthy weather man woman or couple. Pictures available on request keep in mind it has the current roommates stuff in there. Move in would be May 31 or June 1 And rent is due before then each month.. Rent due up front. Proof of income required but no deposit needed. Location is kearns ut off 5600w and 4700s.
