Includes Traeger, Chest Freezer, Weber grill, Icemaker, water cooler, patio table/chairs, lily pad, paddle boards, table and chairs on upper deck, chairs on rear deck. 4 queen beds, couch pulls out. All dishes, silverware, pots pans, etc. has instapot, blender. Basically fully furnished and turn key. Maintenance preformed every year. Was out on dry dock this winter. In water on slip now.
