Fully equipped kitchen/ salon. Magic Chef cooktop, grill and chest freezer. Propane refrigerator and microwave. Covered aft and forward decks with open top deck for sleeping and sitting. Oman Marquis Platinum Generator and solar system for power. 2 Mercury 4 stroke 115 HP motors. You can buy a half share for $950. Boat is on a 5 day rotation. ½ share receives two (5 day periods) per year and full share has four (5 day periods). Annual maintenance fees are $1600 for half share. Boat is already on the water and the bullfrog Bowie field at the main Channel by Halls Marina. Don’t be fooled by reports the water may be lower than usual, but the main channel is still well over 100 feet deep. Launch ramps are open and usable for the season.
