Apartment Details - 2 bed, 2 bath; in unit laundry; pets welcome (I have 2 cats, additional pets can be discussed); pool ; gym ; reserved parking; downtown SLC near pioneer park; base rent is $1752 + utilities, usually averaging to $1300 MAX per person (that is with the utilities that vary monthly plus the fees the apartment charges monthly, with a couple varying costs). About me - I am 28F and am open to anyone as my roommate, so long as we get along, can communicate well and be respectful to each others space. I have two jobs and am gone often but I love my apartment and would love to find a roomie to re-sign with!
