An Accredited Marine Surveyor completed a Hull Condition & Value Survey in October 2025 and concluded Harmony was a well-constructed and appointed vessel in GOOD condition. All survey recommendations have been completed and documented. The boat is located at Wahweap Marina and includes the opportunity to transfer the existing slip with the sale.

Harmony was built for the way families actually use Lake Powell today, with four private staterooms, four queen memory foam beds, two heads with macerator toilets, a freshwater shower, central heating and air conditioning, Starlink internet, Ring security cameras, Nest thermostat remote monitoring, Liquid Lumens underwater lighting, a flybridge helm station, waterslide with new pump installed in 2026, Hull Shield quagga mussel mitigation system, and a fully furnished interior. The vessel is USCG documented, eliminating state boat registration requirements and annual registration fees.

Power is provided by twin OMC 3.0L engines that were replaced in 2012 and professionally maintained, serviced, winterized, and oil changed annually. New carburetors were installed approximately four years ago, significantly improving responsiveness and maneuverability. The outdrives are serviced by Lake Powell Marine during haul-outs. Off grid electrical power is supplied by a restored Kohler 12.5kW generator with updated electronics, recent cooling-system service, and a new heat exchanger. Additional upgrades include new starting batteries, a new six-battery 6V house bank, a new inverter system, and a solar trickle charging panel. Lake Powell Marine mechanics and pilots routinely comment on how well Harmony handles and how well she has been maintained.

Harmony features a fully functional Ruud central HVAC heat pump system that keeps the cabin comfortable year-round. We have enjoyed winter trips in below-freezing weather while remaining perfectly warm inside and summer trips while staying cool during the hottest days. The system is professionally serviced annually. Starlink internet may be transferred to the new owner, allowing connectivity nearly anywhere on Lake Powell.

One of Harmony's most unique features is her ability to remain comfortably off-grid for extended periods. A Pura UV BB-Series purification system allows water to be drawn directly from Lake Powell and purified for onboard use. Combined with the 300-gallon freshwater tank, this dramatically reduces dependence on marina services during long canyon trips. The boat also features a 300-gallon black-water holding tank, a 300-gallon primary fuel tank, and two 110gal upper-deck toy tanks providing an additional 220 gallons of fuel capacity for your toys and runabout boats.

The spacious salon includes a 55-inch flat-screen television. Two Dometic dual-power refrigerators operate on propane or 12-volt power and perform exceptionally well even during the hottest summer months. Updated luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the interior and Infinity Luxury Woven Vinyl flooring on the forward and aft decks provide a clean, comfortable, and modern appearance. Unlike many Lake Powell houseboats that utilize steel hulls or pontoons, Harmony was built with Fun Country's welded aluminum W-shaped hull design. The aluminum hull provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and handling characteristics while avoiding the rust mitigation and painting requirements commonly associated with steel-hull vessels.
