Born in December 2020 and weighing around 20 pounds, Pawla is a fun-loving Boston Terrier mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart for the people she trusts.

Pawla is an energetic girl who loves to play, explore, and spend time with her favorite humans. She's potty trained and makes a wonderful companion once you've earned a spot in her inner circle. While she isn't the type of dog who instantly falls in love with everyone she meets, the bond she forms with her people is incredibly rewarding.

Pawla is selective about both people and dogs and will need an adopter who understands that trust takes time. She does best when given space to evaluate new situations and people at her own pace. The key to winning Pawla over is simple: don't be grabby, don't rush her, and let her come to you when she's ready. Talk to her, respect her boundaries, and allow her to make the first move. Once she feels comfortable, you'll discover a loyal best friend who wants to play, hang out, and be your constant buddy.

Because of her personality, Pawla is looking for an experienced dog owner who can read and respect canine body language. She would do best in a home without young children, though respectful older children who understand her need for personal space may be a good fit.
