ORANGE WING AMAZON $1500 (Photos 1,2,3) DNA male, about 6-7 years old. He was hand fed. Seems to prefer women. Very vocal and LOUD. Enjoys being held, pet and car rides!
VINACEOUS AMAZON $2500 (Photos 1, 4, 5) DNA pending (was told male). Hand fed. About 7-8 years old. Enjoys being held and car rides. Doesn’t mind being pet but more on his terms. Very vocal and LOUD. Talks, sings and makes tropical sounds. Very rare in aviculture.
BLUE FRONTED AMAZON $1000 obo No DNA, possible male. About 30-35 years old. Has never laid. He was hand fed but is now very unfriendly. Might be a good breeder bird. Very vocal and LOUD.
DERBYAN PARAKEETS $2500 ea. Both DNA females. About 10 weeks old. Still asking for 1-2 feedings a day. Weaned on millet, alfalfa pellets, rolled oats and corn, safflower and soft foods (veggies). These parrots are fairly uncommon in aviculture. These are NOT mustache parakeets, which are more commonly available. These would be a great addition to anyone’s feathered flock. These birds tend to be extreme chewers. Fresh branches should be given to help curb this habit. Check out the very few YouTube videos of derbyans figuring out children’s puzzles and talking. Both girls are very sweet and enjoy being with us in our daily tasks around the house.
All birds appear healthy. They’re all eating vigorously and very active with toys.
