Welcoming female students, or any woman looking for a safe and calm space to live in. Due to personal reasons, I would prefer any interested person to also speaks Spanish, if possible. Upstairs will be shared with one person only (another female). The room is quite confortable, includes one closet, queen bed, TV with its stand. Private bathroom, open-use kitchen, a beautiful backyard and flexibility to accommodate other needs.

All services included, except for internet that will be split. The house is situated right at the entry of Eagle Mountain City, close to main roads like Ponny Express, Redwood Rd, and Mountain View Corridor.
