Hi everyone I am looking for someone to move into the master bedroom in the basement at my condo in midvale. My current roommate is moving out August 3rd and I am trying to find someone asap! Female only! Pets are negotiable - I have a dog upstairs currently. One parking spot in the driveway comes with the room but we also have plenty of street parking. Shared bathroom and two storage rooms for an extra 50$ per month if needed. Backyard with a patio and a fire pit included. * None of the furniture in the pictures comes with the room *
We currently have 3 other females in the house over 21. We all work different schedules and keep to ourselves for the most part but are very nice and excited to meet new people (:
