About Me: I’m a 21-year-old working professional. I work full-time as an installation tech, and in my free time, I like building custom PCs, working on my vehicles, and cooking. I keep the house clean, and drama-free, and I'm looking for roommates (ideally fellow young professionals or students) who share that same respectful attitude.

House Guidelines (The important stuff!): To make sure the house is a great fit for everyone, here are the ground rules: • Cleanliness: Everyone cleans up after themselves in shared spaces (no overnight dishes left in the sink). • Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM – 8:30 AM. • Guests: Occasional overnight guests are totally fine with a heads-up, but no frequent overnight stays or move-ins. • No Smoking/Vaping & No Pets. • Respect the home: Treat the space and each other with respect.
