Normally, yes! But screen cages in a dry state like Utah make it nearly impossible to hold humidity. We’ve solved this by engineering our condos with a forced-air ventilation system. It runs on a timer to provide the exact airflow and fresh oxygen your chameleon needs, while perfectly trapping the humidity inside where it belongs.
It is a complete, fully automated ecosystem. Here is what is included in the setup:

*Note for Jackson's Chameleons: This setup will perfectly manage their humidity, ventilation, and daily lighting/watering, but Jackson's do require a cool-down period in the winter. Cooling will need to be figured out separately.
