I'm a 24-year-old student seeking four kind, friendly, respectful girls to join me in this big, beautiful house, each with their own private room, for only $510/month plus utilities!! I'm looking for roommates who are clean, courteous, moderately quiet, and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

I want to have a Christ-centered home—I thought it would be nice to have artwork of the Savior up in the common areas. I'd like to maintain a BYU student housing standard, as far as moral standards and cleanliness go.

I already have some furniture to provide in the common areas (sofas, chairs, etc.) and I'm totally down to contribute more!

You will need to provide your own mattress, bed frame, etc., as the home is unfurnished.

Technically, the house is listed as 4 bedrooms, but there are two large "family rooms" (as listed) that equal the bedroom sizes (would require putting up a curtain, as there are no doors to the family rooms).

House also comes with a large, beautiful backyard, a separate living room, a two-car garage, a washer and dryer, and plenty of storage. Each bedroom closet is also set up for efficient storage.

Location: Orem, super close to tons of shopping, buses, and UVU!

Between the five of us, we will pay $510 per month plus utilities for a private room in a big, beautiful house!!

Utilities are stayed to be typically $200–$250, which will be split up amongst the tenants.

I'd prefer to meet anyone interested in person to briefly get to know them a little better!

According to the owner: Tenant is responsible to put all utilities in their name. A $40 application fee is required per adult, and all adults must apply.
