The Water Dancer is a 75′ x 16′ 2005 American Waterways houseboat that was fully refurbished in 2014. Previously a lightly used, single-owner boat on Lake Powell, it’s now a 16-owner shared houseboat. It features a side hallway floor plan, 3 private queen cabins, and a master suite with a king bed and private bath, plus an additional shared bathroom. The open-concept kitchen and salon provide ample space for group activities, and the upgraded appliances, including two full-size refrigerators and an extra freezer, provide enhanced convenience.
The top deck is fully screened with a fiberglass hardtop and includes a wet bar with a mix of covered and open spaces for entertainment. You stay overnight on the fully functional boat, saving on hotel costs and maximizing your first day on the lake. You let them know what time you want to leave in the morning, and they launch the boat with you inside. Amazingly convenient! Additional perks include luxury services like linens and toiletries, as well as fuel cost savings because Lake-Time refuels the boat in the company’s yard instead of the marina.
