Gigi is a beautiful Cairn Terrier mix born in February 2023 who is searching for a very special home—one filled with patience, understanding, and plenty of love.

Life hasn't always been kind to Gigi, and it's clear she carries the scars of a difficult past. She can be nervous and timid when meeting new people and often acts as though she's waiting for something bad to happen. Because of this, she needs a family willing to move at her pace and let her decide when she's ready to trust.

The good news? Once Gigi decides you're one of her people, her sweet personality shines. She becomes incredibly devoted and loves being close to her trusted humans. When you earn her trust, you'll gain a loyal little best friend who wants nothing more than to be near you.

Gigi's ideal home is quiet, calm, and predictable. She would thrive with a retired person or a laid-back family that understands shy dogs and won't push her beyond her comfort zone. A busy, chaotic household would be overwhelming for her.
