We have a single room available it is the bigger room.

Full access to shared kitchen and living room.

All Utilities plus Wifi hulu netflix and amazon prime are included.

A bed is furnished.

Couch living room tv with roku is furnished even dining room table.

Washer and dryer included as well. Parking is available.

Rent would be $750 a month.

However no pets, no smoking in side, no loud noise, no drugs, and clean up after yourself are a must.

Another couple preferred but welcome to anyone who could be trustworthy weather man woman or couple.

Move in would be May 31 or June 1 And rent is due before then each month..

Rent due up front. Proof of income required but no deposit needed.
